2 4 oz filet mignon steaks |
3 tbsp butter |
1 lb. fresh baby spinach |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
Directions:Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet, add steaks season with salt and pepper and sear first side 2 minutes covered then 1 minute covered on the other. Add garlic and spinach, cook another minute covered till wilted with heat turned off. Let steak rest 5 minutes and enjoy.
Tips: Feel free to season steaks with a keto seasoning of your choice or a little bleu cheese.
