Mock Cinnamon Almond Oatmeal Back to KETO Recipes
Two servings ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup hemp hearts

2 tbsp ground flax seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp powdered erythritol

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup almonds, crushed or flour

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:Add almond milk, hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon to a saucepan and stir to combine. Simmer 1-2 minutes.

Tips: Great with some blueberries or even a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup!
