1 cup unsweetened almond milk |
1/2 cup hemp hearts |
2 tbsp ground flax seeds |
1 tbsp chia seeds |
1 tbsp powdered erythritol |
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup almonds, crushed or flour |
1 tsp pure vanilla extract |
Directions:Add almond milk, hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon to a saucepan and stir to combine. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
Tips: Great with some blueberries or even a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup!
